HealthStream® Family Satisfaction Surveys
HealthStream® is an objective external vendor that we hire to serve as our partner in assessing patient and family satisfaction with care provided while an inpatient at The HSC Pediatric Center (HSCPC). This important feedback is used by the HSCPC staff to help create a safe, healthy and happy environment for our children and their families as well as to improve our clinical and business outcomes.
